I do think though SPQ will run into a problem I've seen too often. I work in the pharma world, and some companies have such a rich and exciting pipeline of assets under development. the problem becomes that it is often impossible to spend the capex and time required to commercialise them all on your own. one needs to focus and decide which one/few will be the company makers and ruthlessly prioritise.

I will lose interest if we're spreading small CR amounts across three projects by this time next year.

define an asset large enough to commercialise - get it done after the RE-rate on that one. Peter needs to stop getting distracted.

if bottle tree was worth the last 18months of interest and results are "welcomed by the market" as indicated, that should be jorc defined and finished before we move along to others. no use having a handful of POTENTIAL tier-1's if we can't get them to realise the end goal.

I want to start seeing ruthless prioritisation soon to realise the outcome we have patiently been waiting on.
