A good view, I'd like to throw in their another factor - in regards to the difficulties with mining out of Chile atm taxes then the negative sentiment / significant opposition from the locals there to get any new mines up and running. Deterring the big boys from investing further or with lots of caution and monitoring approach to see what Government does.
This again puts AUS copper and lithium explorers / miners in a good position.
