The other side of the coin is that raising money via the capital markets or a share issue to shareholders is not corporately viable anymore. as I see it. The share price had sunk to such a low level that in order to raise, say, $5m would probably require the issue of 650 million shares at 0.8 cents plus generous options. That would be a massive increase in issued shares. And then, repeat perhaps to raise more money until the copper jackpot was hit, at which time a cornerstone investor might come in.

All of that would be a heavy drag on the company.

Why potentially damage the company further (remember that the broker's demands have pushed the SP down from 7c to 1.2,c , and even lower) by going down the same path to raise money from the market? - especially when the company is sitting on a valuable asset in Steam Engine!
