Let’s Work out what 2.4B - 25c cash component actually requires the RMS ratio to be!
.25/1.6 = 0.156*2B=.31B
2.4-0.3 = 2.1
So rms owe us $2.1B worth of their shares.
2.1/2.5 = 0.84
So for their offer to be the ADVERTISED 2.4B equivalent
They NEED to offer 0.84 Rms shares NOT 0.695 to only claim 2.4B purchase price. (Let alone not being enough for pure SPR holders)
are we SPARTANS are being lied to? (Or have they made a big mathematical ‘mistake’ in saying it’s 2.4B equivalent when really 2.05B equivalent?)
