I recon they may fancy themselves at the 3.5-4B mark. ($2.8- $3.3 range) these people don’t play to lose, I’m pretty sure Simon knows who has been investigating his company… hence the magic comments. (He stands to gain like the rest of us if the starting point is higher).

look at recent mergers/ take overs for guidance but they never happen at SPOT price!
