Dyesol and Corus teamed up before Tata purchased Corus.
So Tata were not involved in negotiating the deal.
Dyesol is the sole supplier and the IP is split between the two.
So Tata/Corus can not just take this tech and get someone else to make the dyes. The techniques to apply it to steel have been jointly developed and are jointly owned.
Should it go into production, and then like Colorbond it is licensed around the world, we will be getting licensing and materials fees on all those deals as well.
