Below is the spread of shares per price increment to 12:34:06 today.

As you can see the highest volume is at $0.37 and with 34 Mil traded so far it may get interesting near the close today if the last minute buying of the past few days occurs again.

I am looking to buy more under $0.40 but not just yet. Still not convinced of a 'turn' but getting closer. maybe tomorrow.
