Thats a very good post, thanks.

My two bobs worth is really to state two things.

1, The key is the quality of the Directors and senior managment. There are many company's such as INP and COE who have failed because these guys are not able to deliver or more interested in feeding there bank balance from shareholder funds.

2, Will the company ever pay a dividend because as a shareholder I want a capital appreciation and a monetary return.

Finally country risk is also a concern of mine, so take CVN fro example, finding lots of oil but Thailand going though lots of upheaval (possible) right now.
