Eskom will have a coal shortfall of 10 to 15 million tons per annum , rising to 25 mtpa by 2019, for the Witbank area power stations. This is where the RES coal will go once the rail link is upgraded.

I mean the RES coal secondary product after the export has been creamed off.

Yes things are slow here for many reasons, not leats the need for certain people to snatch there slice of the cake before its baked, leaving us with half baked projects, ie Medupi station which is now running 2 years behind first set commissioning.
