I sincerely appreciate your words and thoughts.

My problems were not stock market related. As an unemployable bum, I simply had to slowly divest my holdings over the past year or so in order to stay afloat and stay out of debt. With PEN, in particular, every time I sold, it erked me no end. But, can't live on air! :)

Having averaged low 3c's and been holding for multiple years, at least everytime I needed to sell, I had the small consolation that I was actually making a profit! :)

That has now run out and I am in the process of divesting my bricks and mortar.

I won't take you up on your kind offer, simply because it's my problem to solve.
