If it drops to that level, I will be selling a large amount of my portfolio and adding to my substantial PEN holding.
Personally I believe there has been strong price growth over the last 2 weeks because of subtantial buying by at least 1 party...and I believe they will be happy to soak up a chunk of shares should the SP drop.
