Although in general I completely agree with your rule, I believe we have a few differences here (maybe). I also don't completely agree that 15mil should be considered ultra high volume, especially with a sp of only 2.4c. Its just not enough $ to hold the amount of weight one assumes exists when the definition of 'ultra high' is applied. It's "high" and "interesting" volume in my book. But we have had this discussion before, both using different 'books' and thats cool.

Also, you ultra high volume definition tends to play out as you say because the Smart Money basically does a pump and dump, distributing its shares to us domestic punters. Once again todays action tells me this is not what happened at all. Charting for me tells a psychological story of fear and greed orchestrated by the said Smart Money. Do you think todays action showcases the Smart Money distributing to Retail investors? I don't.

How I saw todays action was (and I have been banging on about this for awhile) that we saw 2 large entities (smart money?) one looking to buy and happily doing so, and another looking to sell into that, did they both know each other where there? are they happy with the arrangement? not sure, but both are a possibility.

I'll go out to say it appears PALA for whatever reason are looking to continue offloading the extra shares they picked up in december and another entity is looking for quick accumulation and maybe playing a few cat and mouse games.

Anyway thats how I'm reading it, I just don't think we are seeing distribution in the high vol days, but is it good or is it bad? I'm still not sure but my head says it positive accumulation by the large entity, we already know who the seller is (I think?). This pattern has played out a few times now. I'm more excited than fearfull, though I don't blame and actually respect your conservatism.

Hope this makes sense, my mind is buzzing for answers haha.
