Not sure what you mean Phish?
do notice all .25 trades are cross trades? I wonder if that could mean and i say this lightly, that a big holder has said i will take all trades 1 tic below the asking price. Then they dont show there hand by putting a huge bid in the buy side?? Accumulating??? Yeah i know light light volume but still?? How else do you explain every trade at .25 matched???
