Soul, we're going to have to agree to disagree as I don't see it like that.
A realist would say that any mum and dad would not be selling into 2.2c at 4:09:59 when they had all day to do all manner of things. Also as any mum and dad has to also consider ~$25 in brokerage, not an issue for anyone accumulating, which leads me to the conclusion that BD is closer to the mark, accumulation by those who know more than all of us.
