I watch more than comment these days but thought I would ask what the current feeling is regarding the PEN chart.
It looks like another test of support is coming, IMHO and if it holds we may see the next upmove clear the resistance at 2.2 and if the SP can stay above that level, with 2.2 becoming new support we may see PEN in the early stages of a new uptrend.
Volumes are still pretty low though at the moment and we need to see an upmove on incr4easing volume.
Any thoughts?
