By the volume SP controllers are still on holidays. This stock has been controlled for a long time now,it will take SML to get a brake out. By then the buyers have already vacummed up all the frustrated holders. These will be drip fed back into any brake out. Production will be the only real SP driver. IMHO only.... Cheers and look fwd to a New Year of progress for PEN...
