Jeeps - Just catching up with the thread - I've used the "paintless dent removal" method for many years - I've used a guy for so long but unfortunately he retired so we had to find someone else. Anyway I don't want to advertise as it's not right but if you google the topic there are a few in Sydney but as usual only one or two will reply - you have to take a picture and they'll supply an online quote.
Anyway we had this dent taken out only last week from our Corolla for $150.
The guy came to our place and was very good - not sure if it's possible for a email but have a look online anyway.
