spring investment forms new fund to invest y8b

Just came across the following news:

Spring Investment established a new blind-pool type fund. The company acquired a commercial space for a condominium building located in Mimami-ku, Yokohama City as the first investment for the fund. It will proceed with further property acquisitions and plans to expand the fund?s AUM to around 8 billion yen [$92 million] by June 2012.

Given that AJA owns a significant share in Spring Investment, I wonder why there is no ASX announcement. I am going to email AJA if there is no announcement on Monday.
