These are not 'derivative' type options. They are issuer provided listed (tradeable) rights to buy regular shares on a 1 for 1 basis, for a strike price of 1 cent, by end December 2016. The exercise is by completion of a form (from the share registry) and payment of the strike price prior to expiry. Prior to then, these 'oppies' are traded like regular shares.
