If that Armstrong cycle is still working and I note the turns haven't been quite as important as the earlier ones then it probably should be a low as it has alternated high then low since the start.
If it does work then the next one in Sep next year could be more important as it will be a full 8.6 years from the start or one full cycle.
That one would be a high and is not far from Laundry's suggestion of an August top next year.
