To be honest I haven't looked at the deal or HAW for that matter so am just saying from experience.
They are good in the longterm as they fund the company to advance but in the short term hold a stock back while they profit on it.

I think you know the sentiment towards Springtree from PRR investors. The vast majority of holders wanted them gone a long time ago.

Am not saying it's not good news but be warned.
I just saw the name 'springtree' and felt the need to post what they can mean to a company. I think it's only far that investors get to see their stock from all points of view.
