Hey all,
Just wondering:
1) When Springtree graciously started buying shares in PRR for 10% discount of 5day trading VWAP? (Unfortunately it's a double edged sword we do need these guys to fund PRR)
2) Based on the report, I assume the $40M Committed for current work is 100% funding from Springtree?
3) Is that $40M commitment as of today, or as of the start of the Springtree payments?
