Just to show you where management are heading with their acquisitions...

I found this as part of the latest HVN sales report (31/10/2011). It reads:

"As part of our integrated franchise, retail and property strategy, the following new complexes have been opened during the month of October 2011:

Springvale, Victoria, the biggest homemaker complex in Australia anchored by IKEA, Harvey Norman and Domayne;"


The management's decision to purchase the 7.2 hectares in Springvale (see 21/10/2011) is absolutely brilliant. They have my full support, and unlike some others involved in the market, with this type of insight, these guys do deserve their pays!!!

Well done to them and to the holders... and bad luck to me trying to fill an order at a lower price!!! Lol
