A few commas and apostrophes would make the announcement a lot easier to understand. But when I inserted a few of my own, it was a lot easier to understand.
It seems like the 'instant payment' facility is being chased by quite a few companies, and obviously MBE has got Sprint under its wing. That gives it access to twice the number of mobile devices in Australia.
The most switched-on management ream will probably win the race. MNW's cap is $129m, MBE's is $73m, so MBE would seem to be the less mature of the two at this point.
