Who is Sprintex
Sprintex is set to become a world leading supplier of automotive superchargers, supplying the highest quality, most efficient superchargers using proprietary patented technology to provide power, efficiency and economy, at a competitive cost. They are developing high-speed electric compressors that were engineered in WA. The company owns 100% of their Malaysian factory, this is where their turbo chargers are manufactured. A product on cusp of release is their Toyota Tacoma Supercharger this was developed to meet rising demand in the USA, Middle East and Asian markets, which is expected to generatean annually revenue of 10-15m and 50% of this is expected to be profit.

They have recently finished building a new 1,500 sq metre facility in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China to produce the high-speed compressors. The factory will be able to produce 50,000 units perannum.

Chinese operations will be centred in the newly refurbished building whichprovides a floor area of 1,500 sqm for the office and factory, providingproduction capacity of 50,000 units per annum of high-speed electriccompressors. High-speed electric compressors have rapidly increasing demands inclean emission transportation, clean energy/hydrogen fuel cell, and industrialapplications. The facility was established with the support of a series ofsubsidies from the Chinese Government for its high-tech operations and cleanenergy profile, including three years of free rental subsidised by localgovernment, additional long-term project grant incentives, and local taxexemption of up to 80%.

In the YouTube video above, check out the timestamp at 4:12 they show theaeristech turbo charger. They do not outrightly say they operate under the sameumbrella, it required some digging. But this time stamp clearly shows E&Eturbo using the Airestech turbocharger.

E&E have a number of massive factories, from research I believe at leastthree and the sprintex china factory is within a close proximity to these.These is all happening as we speak.

Final thoughts

The $17 million marketcap doesn’t reflect the earnings potential and full value that this company isabout to achieve the company only needs one big contract to make a significantimpact. They have no debt, so if they do get a big contract they are not goingto have an issue accessing more capital. The concern is their cash on hand ,with only 0.9 quarters left I suspect the deals they have lined up are going toprovide them the ability to access debt and also generate significant revenue.

Its important to consider Sprintex had a rough patch and only relisted in2021, they have worked out a lot of the issues and are now in a position tomake money. All the research points to them being successful, however youshould do your own research and follow up on the points raised.

Consider Vmoto and there market cap two years ago and what they have achievedout of there Chinese factory and ask yourself what a fair market cap forsprintex is.

ask yourself what a fair market cap for sprintex is?

you cant really answer that question until they get some sort of cash boost to their bank account... as you said, they cant even survive 1 QTR with what's left in the bank... with the project at hand they need some serious cash... there will be some serious CR needed... so hence who knows how the CR will be done and to what dilution to the register it will cause... only after the CR can we fathom a fair value Market Cap...

I have put this on my watch list for now... but I would rather pay 100% premium knowing they have the money to achieve what they set out to do... there are some holes in the announcements IMO... there is no guarantees moving forward...

has the potential to be a game changing company, but lets see how heavy the register gets diluted first...

I don't know enough here... just had a look at the charts... seems like this company was in suspension for along time... all of a sudden they need a lot of money and they have been reinstated this year..
