Thanks Beanie and Angel, it's all getting very interesting.

I take both your points about beware Sprott bearing loans, because like most other fundies, they are in it for themselves and everything they can get for themselves, and their clients.

Personally, I'd take the $60m from Sprott and then go to a bank, but if that peeves-off Sprott, maybe they then wouldn't lend the other $100 million to EMR for acquisitions, or somehow change the terms - it's a Ruthless game, which can get very nasty and pseudo-blackmail(ish) at times. Money and Greed turns these fundies into demons with no conscience, they become almost like corporate psychopaths.

The thing we have going for us, is the highly experienced board, who never rush things, they appear to always be very measured and deliberate. I like this company, and I have great patience with them.
