Obviously Sprott are position to take advantage of this region, and based on history, betting on a takeover if/when the district starts being unlocked.

Can anyone post a link to the latest Rick Rule interview (posted on the MTR board)?

Every time he speaks it is like he has MOD/MTR in the front of his mind..

Unfortunately I am between jobs at the moment so cannot top up while MOD SP is unloved, but geez this play is so undervalued at the moment.
(If anyone has a vacancy for A+ office adminer/I.T. so I can afford to join back in with the buy MOD cheap game, give me a holla!)

Could it also be a consideration that Sprott are leaning their bet towards exploration potential more so that T3 development,,, given the structure of T3 ownership, and MTR with 30% of exploration?
    Just a thought.
London listing and what buy activity it sparks will be interesting.
