    With regard to the "free" LithiumCo shares, I read this to mean free as in liberated. Once LithiumCo is spun out, Goulamina will be free to run without being overshadowed by Morila. Given that Mr Market appears to place exactly $0 value on Goulamina rn, the "free" shares can't come soon enough.
