FFX could probably finance the next 12 months capex from cashflow. I wouldn't be surprised if Sprott keeps mentioning potential debt as a subtle hint that they may be keen to get FFX onto their loan books. Going all the way to Mali from Canada and/or the UK just to figure out whether or not to advise their clients to buy FFX shares seems a bit far-fetched to me.
