If its dilution I calculate an extra 160m shares which is unlikely as the report only states $4m extra capital required.Maybe they missed a zero. Mike said in the webinar FFX have put out debt funding to tender including his old company Taurus.
So maybe another upgrade coming when the debt financing is sorted.
