That's exactly what I believe in. No fund manager can turn down certain free money.
Even if they found a buyer for ALL their options at 30c, sign the contract, get the buyer to pay up, they convert, then transfer them off-market to the buyer. They make 5c per share and they don't even have to risk their own money.
