    Snider-the offer is for each individual ShareHolder -May apply for up to $15k worth of shares-Not sure of how many SH's CCU has [barring Overseas Investors who may be ineligible] but no automatic shortfall like you suggest.Personally I expect to get about a 60% increase in number of shares I hold.
