    Considering closing price of last 3 Days average is 5.2 cents if today it closes at 6.3 and tomorrow at 6.5 would give a Spp price of 4.544 cents which considering only 99,054,341 Shares are available will mean they will have a shortfall of approx 3.5 million which Pattersons will have to cover for the Company to continue.
