I'm surprised they rate the risk as high. Sprott are giving the US$100m to emr. So why are they 'risking' their money?
"Freed of cash flow constraints and flush with a US$100m acquisition facility, we expect great things going forward meaning ‘what next’is unlikely to be an issue given Emerald’s unmatched ability to build-better combined with first-mover advantage in Cambodia."
Does it mean that emr already have the dough ? It looks like it. They don't actually have to announce it, since we knew it was going to happen. Maybe at the AGM.
