The thing about the GOOD gold companies is that once they are producing they always trade above NAV because the expectation is they will replace ounces into perpetuity and add additional projects etc. NST and EVN (I know we are not in that league for sometime) trade at 20x. Buying EMR now is based on what you think these guys can do moving forward in growing Okvau and adding projects
