Good report. Interesting that they are thumb sucking 150koz off the bat for Neptune. Looks like my 80-1ookoz was conservative. But agree with their general premise that this looks like a project that was just starved of $. I get the feeling with a proper bank balance they can push this forward fairly rapidly.
