Yeah, the world is a little (lot) upside down, from whichever way you look at it. But that's what makes for a great cerebral challenge.
If price had already been adequately discovered, there would be no trading opportunities. I continue to watch a PM's (just ASX unfortunately) charting watch list. 6 Months ago, almost nothing was happening out of about 200+ charts. Recently (say last month or three) the number has gone up perhaps a dozen or so...? Despite the moves on PM's. Go figure.
So the true price discoveries will follow, even if the PM prices pause. . Perhaps we just have to wait for cryptos and tech to start to tank... Money then has has to go somewhere.
I hear you re land, providing its not mortgaged ,, who knows where inflation and interest rates are going, either.. It's all upside down..
