Yes they would be paying 9% on the Sprott debt but I think it would be a better idea to transfer profits made in Cambodia to the Australian parent company in the form of dividends in order to fund the potential new mine at North Laverton in WA - the Cambodian govt has given them a 5yr window from Nov19 in which there is no withholding tax payable on dividends paid but after Nov24 the normal 14% withholding tax would apply - so I would be stretching out the Sprott loan for the full five years and only making scheduled repayments.
