In reply to your question, in my opinion the weak side of the business is the Bemis they were a larger company but the deal was one of equals so there must be a few issues there! you could write about. Anyway comsec as the source goldman and sachs sell with a price target of $12.5 but the Quantitative fair value with 3 stars is saying is $13.96 . This quys seeing something that everyone has not! in recommending a low value.
Maybe there are a few issues but the biggest one I feel is the large retail investor base in Australia(in US the retail investor is limited in size) . They are playing chicken with us and probably will win. This will depend on management replies.
