So many of them hammering away on what sells well. Lauded by the bears as oracles and full of wisdom. Apparently the fuse has been lit re Australia's economy and property. Then we had Keen. Then we have Faber and of course the Dent fella. Funnily enough they all offer you a subscription or offers to help you avoid the impending financial Armageddon.

Dent even came here to sell a book and made a killing. Sadly even if you don't believe in what these guys say and publish a book like Dent has you are guaranteed to make a lot of money preying on peoples fears or capitulation.Write about an impending property disaster in a country and it sells well. Fear sells and I suspect they don't care what the consequences are to those who believe what they say. Wonder what Dent's next prediction is?
