Sadly his credibility is enhanced because of one or two correct predictions . The failed ones don't rate a mention and invariably they guess matters but to have them wheeled out by our media leaves me concerned at how their assessment bears no responsibility with the predictions made. They should be forced to be held to account. Financial advisers are put through the hoop but these clowns can make recommendations re real estate and other assets and bear no culpability.
We may have property spruikers out there but they pale into insignificance with the plethora of other asset class proponents pushing their wares on the internet daily and unabashedly offering special deals to make squillions. Need to be wary of the whole shebang!
