    I,d let it go given he gave you an allocation and made profit but I'd ask him to assure it doesn't happen again. It's a pathetic excuse and they need to be more responsible. I remember once I told a broker to sell on open and he phoned me after 3 hours of trading to tell me he had not sold on open and it was below issue and opening price was above issue....the next time he allocated me a hot ipo and gave me a huge allocation because he felt guilty, as much as i wanted...so payback time for me.....I transferred everything to another brokerage and he even tried to stop the transfer...I don't tolerate fools..
    My Morgan's broker is awesome...never had a problem...sold on open today at opening price.
