I think SPT should have given an update reg. Visa/MC deal by now, whether that be good or bad news, its not fair to leave investors in the dark. No publicly traded company in history has failed to disclose positive news to its shareholders, so I will take this silence and lack of apparent progress as a sign that the patents aren't really valid and the Visa/MC deals are out the window, it's tough to draw any other conclusion.

Please note I don't hold any stock and have not followed closely, so if there is an announcement missing please let me know. From what I can see there's a whole lot of silence while people's investments trickle down.
