When did you lodge? Your post about your complaint was 9:30am this morning? How does that explain yesterdays 13% up? It has no effect, the only effect it may have is to tie everyones capital up in a please explain halt for yesterdays volatility that has now been pointed out to ASX. And possibly a subsequebt fall in SP if that happens.
Not likely but thats is the only outcome of your actions if ASX queries do not get answered correctly or they disagree with a way that management have been reporting(which may be correct). We will know who to thank for taking our liquidity away if that happens (and for the subsequent sell off)
Regarding disclosure. - SPT update on material items (general onboarding of merchants is not material as they can not place a $$$ value on any of it due to what it is) - SPT update every quarter and meet the mandatory reporting requirements. Even in webcast they sign of with "we will update next quarter"...as in 3 months time. Nothing more to disclose so they will tell ASX to go away.
