1) Investment timeframe - Buyers prior July 2020?, prior MC/Visa ( if any still exist) - New Buyers July 2021?
2) Moat/Competitors (first mover advantage) - Buyers prior July 2020(before MC/Visa). Who were your perceived competitors when you invested? 12-15 months later are they still competitors? - New Buyers July 2021. Who do you see as current competitors and how do you see them performing?
3) Growth Rates (MSV and/or Merchants) - Expectations before MC/Visa. - Expectations upon Visa/MC hype period. - Expectations now/future (new products, plus, in-store, BNPL whitelabel (tabby) etc.) - Expectations not including Visa/MC products or whitelabels powered by Splitit. (based on Splitit onboarding merchants)
4) Partnerships/Merchants (excluding banks) - Buyers prior July 2020. What type merchants where you expecting and have your expectations been met. And what type merchants were you not expecting and how did they change your views (i.e. Tabby for me) - New buyers July 2021. What type merchants are you expecting.
More of a reflection of then and now. What were expectations. How did they change with MC/Visa, and what are they now.
