might be similar on some chart patterns but the macro context is wildly different.
I'v been watching SPT for a while, looking for validation they can succeed in an increasingly competitive landscape (and arguably, low ish barriers to entry). The shoplift deal is massive validation - company making if they make that work alone... just comes down to how much belief that gives the market, to see how far ahead of the revenue/earnings the market cap gets here...
