I suspect there will be a "rig mobilised" announcement prior to a "spud" announcement.
Even if there isnt, its going to take 2 weeks (IMO!) from date of contract to date of spud...so I dont expect anything until around 14 November (1 day before the middle of november and hence meeting their first goal of re-entering in "early November")
That said, maybe Im being too optimistic?
