While I will of course be waiting for the official announcement, it looks like it's finally happening.

Can't really congratulate the BoD for this one as it's years off schedule. But better late than never, I suppose.

Finding oil is going to be another matter entirely. These are deep wells in unexplored territory. No way of knowing what problems, if any, will be encountered during drilling. And of course, these drills are going to take months either way.

Still, a nice bit of progress. Target priced moved up by 2p accordingly (which is the risked value of the Puntland drill factoring in the CoS).
