Unless they just have not announced it, do they have to, I mean it doesnt mean anything per see untill they get to the bottom of the hole.
I lived and worked in italy for three years, so can live with the ambiguity.
I am more interested in when BEzecca will be approved, and how long after approval will it take them to build the 7klm pipeline and get it into production
