Independent Experts Report
In accordance with Listing Rule 10.10, the Company has commissioned the services of HLB Mann Judd Corporate (WA) Pty Ltd to compile the Independent Experts Report for the purposes of this Notice of Meeting which is attached to this Notice of Meeting.
The Independent Expert has concluded that the granting of the Security is NOT FAIR BUT IS REASONABLE in the circumstances. Shareholders are urged to consider the Independent Experts Report in detail as well as considering the information outlined above before determining how to vote on this matter.
